Is there any way to edit the full file name for snapshot files uploaded to a remote website via FTP?  I don't mean just the "filename" (prefix), but the date part. I want just the current image on my remote server, without clogging up the storage with lots of old files.  If the answer is "no", I'll have to use server side PHP to delete the old files but I'm looking for a quick and easy way.  DN

Hi Dcnicholls,

As I know, the old MJ Foscam camera support that, but the new HD camera will have the suffix with time on each snapshot. Thank you.

If you are familiar with PHP scripting you can run a short PHP *on the server* to delete the older files and rename the one newest file to drop the timestamp. See this thread http://community.foscam.com/foru ... &extra=page%3D1
