Foscam R2 V3 cannot connect remotely

Hello, using the Foscam app (blue cloud icon) I can connect locally in my home via WiFi but not remotely with the WiFi restriction removed. I can connect remotely using other android  apps such as IPCam Viewer or others since I setup port forwarding but these apps do not have access to all the settings the Foscam app does such as alerts for motion, human and sound ...etc . Has anyone else had these issues and found a fix. I have an escalated case open with foscam support but i know from the amazon reviews this has been ongoing since early december . Anyone found the same and a work around.

Hi Piazzajg, The Foscam app works perfectly with Foscam HD cameras, since we are using it every day.

1. When you were unable to view camera remotely on Foscam app, did you see any error message on it ?

2. Please upgrade your Foscam app to the latest version.

3. Please delete the camera and re-add it to Foscam to check. If your cellphone network is fast enough, normally that will be working. Thank you.
