cloud problem

in the last few days I am noticing some problems on the cloud service. The camera is turned on and sends regularly alerts via email but it is "off" on the cloud

Firstly  , I need to  know what do you mean about  "it's off on cloud"
You can't receive alerts message  from Cloud  ?
Could you tell me some details so i can solve the problem better for you .

This is my situation:
I have 2 foscam FI9803P and 1 Foscam FI9816P/W.
I'm using foscam cloud (website and iPhone app).
I receive regularly push notification on my iPhone and email on motion alert.
Unfortunately, If I try to connect remotely to my camera (via myfoscam or iPhone app) they appear as "OFF". I need to switch them off and again ON in order to have them "ON" on foscam cloud. However after 1/2 days the problem come again and I have to repeat the switch OFF and ON again.
The firmware are updated on all the camera.
Any advice?

From description, the P2P connection is not quit stable.
It's mostly a network issue, recommend you lower the bit rate and resolution to have a try.
In addition, the status "off/on" is not accurate. Please pull down the camera list on the App to refresh the status and clikc to connect to the camera.

I have done other tests.
As I reported before, I have 2 foscam FI9803P connected to the same Wifi router (at the same distance). The only difference is the firmware version. The camera that is ok is that one with the old firmware 2.54.2.33. I can connect remotely with iPhone app and website. The one with newer firmware (2.54.2.37) works for few days after that is not able to get remote connection (even if send regularly email alert). I tried also to activate newer feature NAA but without success.
So it seems a firmware problem.
Any solution for this problem?

We think the P2P port may be blocked, suggest changing another P2P port to have a try again .
