Remote Connection - problems during the configuration of the Foscam C1 Cam

Hi all,
I have some problems during the configuration of the Foscam C1 Cam.

I configured the cam in this way:
- I have a static IP
- I opened the forward for the port 88
- I activated the ddns foscam

If I login to the foscam account at the app (iOS) or at the PC under the wi-fi connection (the same or not, is equal, the important is that is a Wi-Fi connection) I see correctly the video but if i switch at cellular 3G/LTE connection, I loss the signal.
If i return at Wi-Fi connection I see the video.
The option Setting>General>WiFi only for streaming has been disabled.

I followed more solution posted on this and other forum but I have not solved the problem.

Please could you help me?

I have the same problem here (Android foscam app, camera C1). I cannot access the C1 remotely if I am on LTE. Work only on WiFi!
With another app (TinyCam Pro), everything work fine on LTE and WiFi. So my setup is good.

Anybody?
